Customer Widget

The API customer widget provides a way to send specified customer information to Abrigo API partners via the user interface.

The partner will develop to Abrigo's Sageworks API to create a "Widget" or order form on the customer page. This will allow the partner to receive and send information from Sageworks and their system. This can be done for risk analysis, credit scores, fraud detection and other services regarding borrowers or other individuals on a loan.

The "Widget" appears in the form of a tab and when opened will show fields assigned during development. These fields can be designated as required or non-required or read only return information. Any default Sageworks field that is used in the widget will automatically populate with data from Sageworks. User-defined fields may also be generated and applied to the widget.

Once the user fills out required information and clicks "Order", an event is generated. The partner may poll for new customer widget events which will contain unique ids relevant to open orders. Partners may add a status to the widget user interface, so that Sageworks users are able to see the status of their order on the customer.

Once the partner processes the information of the customer they may POST updates to the customer widget (or order form) directly. They may also POST relevant documentation to Sageworks' Document Library.
